New oral tube valve design.
When inflating and deflating ISP lifejackets during a service and the oral tube has the new style
Halkey Roberts green coloured valve core fitted (Photo 1), the existing oral tube adaptor from ISP with the part number 70-ISP-SVR-004 must not be used. A new universal oral tube adaptor with the ISP part number 70-ISP-SVR-009 is available from ISP which should be used. The new oral tube adaptor is compatible with the new oral tube and oral tube valve core, and is also suitable for use with all current oral tubes and oral tube valves used in ISP products except products where a Halkey Roberts Twist Lock valve has been fitted.

Check weighing cylinders on lifejackets fitted with Hammar MA1 Inflators
For lifejackets fitted with the HAMMAR MA1 inflator, please add 22.0 grams to the reading of the
gross weight on the cylinder. This is to account for the black “body” which is glued onto the
cylinder.

Zodiac First Aid Kits
Please see attached Service Bulletin which advises that with effect from 1.6.2010 all Zodiac Service Stations are required to fit a Zodiac First Aid Kit, unless stipulated otherwise by Flag State requirements.
